RAM slot prevents computer from booting.

So I have 3 sticks of RAM. I know all 3 work, because if there's only one in and it's in slot 1, my computer boots perfectly. 2 sticks are 4 GB, 1 is 8. If I put any combination of 2 of them in any order, my computer doesn't boot. It's not even that it doesn't recognize the 2nd stick, if there's anything in slot 2, it doesn't boot.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make up have no guarantee to be compatible together.

I suggest if you have a question about memory, list the memory part number or a link to it.

^ I know the 2 4GB sticks work together cause I've used them together for more than a year now
