I need help is this a good buy to run gta 5 on
Fx4130 cpu clocked @4.6ghz

Deep Cool Gammaxx 400 cooler

G. Skill Ripjaws 8gb 1600

MSI 760GMA-P34 mobo

Gtx 750ti 2gb

EVGA 450 BT power supply.

500gb HDD

Your build is more than 3 year old outdated. If you got it cheap then yes it will run GTA 5 although not the max setting. If you building new pc, better state your budget, where you are, so we can recommended the best of buck pc

You have some serious issues with that build. First, you are buying an FX CPU. They were bad when they came out, they are old and bad now. Second, they should NEVER be paired with a 760 board. I've seen it happen time and time again, and it never works well. The 760 was a midrange board when it came out, it's not designed to handle 125W CPUs. Period. Next up is the 750TI, which really isn't any better than the newest APUs that exist. The 2400G APU is basically as good as that CPU/GPU combo, yet costs less.
