Upload speed seems fine in few websites and bad on another I contact my ISP and they said everything on good on their end and my end and they see the upload speed is just fine. I cant upload a youtube video or stream i keep dropping frames also I have a slow bandwidth. I got a new router from my ISP and its the same thing I'm slowly just giving up I can't find a solution any help is very appreciated.
(I have ethernet connection also my package provide me with 100 download 10 upload. I tried to do the test on different computers over wifi and through ethernet and its pretty much the same results.)
