I am looking to upgrade my PC for better performance in terms of FPS, as well as for streaming/recording. With this in mind I was hoping for suggestions and recommendations for which parts I should prioritize replacing and good options to replace them with. I don't exactly have a set budget although, however I'm not looking to break the bank for the absolute best parts. I'd just like to be able to run games like World of Warcraft or games like Battlefield 5 on decent settings smoothly and have the option to stream or record them simultaneously. Thank you ahead of time for your help!

My current build is:
CPU - Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz
RAM - 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @666MHz
Motherboard - ASRock H97M Pro4
Graphics - 2269W (1920x1080@60Hz) 3072MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
PS - 520 Watt

Solution
With that motherboard and RAM, get a i7 4770/4770k/4790/4790k(whichever you find cheaper new or used). Pair that with a 1060/580/1070/1080, depending on your monitor specs. Add a SSD if you dont have one.
You will have a good gaming pc for the next couple of years to come with those.
