Would rather go with the 2600 since you are getting a 1060 anyway.
i prefer the 2600 with its 6 cores and 12 Threads over the 4 Core and 8 Thread 2400G.
For me there is no reason why i should spend money on an integraded VEGA unit if i am getting a dedicated gpu anyway.
