My build is as follows

I3-8100
Asus GTX 1060 6GB
16 GB DDR4 RAM
MSI B360 Motherboard
Monitors if it matters are two 24 inch Acer monitors. One is a 144hz the other is 60hz. If needed I can get the model numbers.

Hello, my ASUS GTX 1060 card some of the display ports are not working. The first HDMI port works, but the second does not. The VGA port also does not work either. The monitors I am using detect that they are plugged into but show that no signal is being transferred. If I switch the monitors to the first port they work, but neither of them will work when plugged in to either the VGA port or the second HDMI port. I do not have any HDMI 2.0 cables at the moment to confirm if those ports are working. However I find it weird that only one HDMI port would be working. Is there something I am missing here? Pics below to help demonstrate the issue. According to my Manuel the red LED near the PCIE x16 slot is there to state the board detects the card and is working. Horrible choice of lightning color if you ask me

Solution
UPDATE
To anyone who may have this issue. It's the drivers. I have literally no clue how the drivers would disable literally every port on the card except one, but it did.
