Can i undo an overclock on msi because i am afraid it could do more damage after its last incident in which i blew up my psu. If so please tell me how. Also is there any way to make my computer faster on startup so i can get on before my friends because right now my pcs start up feels a little bit slower to start up then my friends on average it could take me 5-8 minutes to get into a game

Solution
your quickest way to undo an ovrerclock is to reset the CMOS to default values.

See motherboard manual on detailed instructions.

If you are lucky you have not done any permanent damage (but that's a risk you take).

You need to analyse your delays, and that wil depend on your hardware.
CPU, Memory Hdd vs SSD.

What is the system doing in the background.

1. How much delay have you built into your BIOS
2. How long before Windows starts laoding
3. How long before you are able to log in

Then how much free memory/CPU do you have.

Are you encountering network issues or local hardware issues.

There is no simple answer to your question.

2 things, go into BIOS and set optimised defaults and save and exit. That will give you the best out of the box settings...2, if you do not have and SSD, invest in one as it is the single best upgrade for a fast booting and loading system and they are so cheap now..even a 120GB SSD as a boot drive will make a world of difference.

Other things open 'Task Manager' and then the 'Start Up' tab and see what programmes are loading at start up...many of these can be disabled which will mean a faster boot into the windows desktop proper..
