So yesterday i got a new copy for windows 7 ultimate 64bit
i have an:
i7 930 on 2.81ghz
16GB DDR3 rams
MSI AMD radeon RX560 4GB DDR5 OC edition
intel DX58SO mobo
i have an 240GB SSD which windows is installed on and a 500GB HDD for other stuff
before windows 7 i had windows 10 and everything worked perfectly on it but i didn't quite like it so bought a copy of windows 7
after installing it i used driversolution pack to download all the drivers and downloaded then adrenalin driver for the GPU from the internet
i tried playing overwatch but the fps was on 30 on the lowest seetings after that i had 120 fps on high graphics before i checked my GPU was only using 300mb while before it would use up to 1GB of its VRAM also i tried downloading discord but everytime i open it it says update failed retrying tried to turn off firewall didnt help also checked if i can open it from the browser it would open but the app just doesnt open and i dont know what to do now any help?
update: just checked my GPU is underperforming in windows index got a rating of 1
