Hey there guys, I am facing a strange problem in my dell inspiron 15 3567 laptop windows 10 wifi.

It is a strange problem whenever I switch on the wifi on my laptop it works normally and shows all available wifi networks but when i connect with any network the wifi icon changes to a icon of pc with red cross marked over it, and the wifi screen disappears where all the wifi networks are shown, and then after some time the icon becomes normal and the wifi screen shows up but the cancel option of the wifi becomes grey and later it shows can't connect to this network. I have checked the wifi network card and adapter and both of them are working properly and I am unable to understand why is this error happening.

I normally use my mobile phone hotspot to connect to the wifi. My other devices can easily connect to the hotspot without any problem.

I have tried many solutions some of them are:
Updating wifi drivers,
Uninstalling wifi driver and reinstalling,
Forgetting the network and trying again,
Using some commands (ipconfig, release, etc.),
Disabling and enabling wifi adapter,
Using system restore (I have done it but it hasn't completed successfully giving me some strange errors which I don't remember clearly.)

So I have tried possibly everything but my wifi is still not working.
Help me Plz!

Solution
you need to replace the wifi card in the laptop with your laptop service number you can find the right one for it at dell parts site.
it is not hard to replace you will need to open the laptop to get to it.
that is a newer laptop look to see if you have a warranty on it if it is not you may want to pay a pro to replace the wifi card
