Hello everyone,
I am using this seagate HHD since last week.
Its a 2.5inch laptop HDD.
I am worried about its genuinity as it came inside a electrostatic plastic packing, With no stickers/Box on it.
Hard Drive came with single partition with seagate backup plus software in it.
Also the logo and the specs details writings on the top of the HDD looks cheap and local.
Although, I tried to run a data recovery test and I found nothing else in drive
By looking at the no of hours In crystal disk info, it seems like its being used my me only as i am using it since last 7 days.
But is there any chance that seller can do a S.M.A.R.T chip-reset or something to make drive new?
