Will a corsair VS550 (I know not great) last a week or two in this build till I can get more money together to get a new psu.

Build:
GTX 1060 6GB
MSI X470 Gaming Pro Motherboard
Noctua NH-D15s Cooler
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 2400MHz Ram
Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
Samsung Evo 860 500GB SSD

For the short term < 2 years you should be OK. Some of the capacitors are lower quality which will affect long term reliability.
