I have my office jet 7310 turned for at least 10 years, never had an issue.
Last week the first time I print in the morning the message "check color print cartridge" appears.
If I remove and reseat the color cartridge then everything works fine for the rest of the day. The next morning, same issue so I have to remove and replace the cartridge.
Tried replacing both cartridges, powered off, restarted pressing the #6 to get a full reset.
Nothing seems to work, any ideas,
Also what is a good replacement hp printer ?
