Hi, I just build my first ever pc and was first having problems with it flushing lines on the screen and going black every couple minutes. I then reinstalled windows and the and drivers and that fixed that issue. But now my mouse is laggy all the time and if I try to stream any video it is very laggy. I think the RAM is in the right spot but really am not sure. Any help you can give would be great.
PC Build:
Ryzen 2600
Gigabyte X470 Gaming 5 WiFi Trident Z RGB 16 DDR4-3000 Kingston HyperX 3k 120GB SSD Seagate 3TB HDD
Power Cooler Red Devil RX570 4GB EVGA 550W 80+ Gold Certified Samsung U28E590D
Windows 10

Solution
Are you getting any crashes? If yes, what's the error message.

RAM needs to be placed on 2nd and 4th slot from the CPU (closest to the CPU being slot 1).

Check your motherboard QVL list. The Trident Z RGBs are very annoying for Ryzen. I used to have a lot of issues.

Try putting your RAM speeds in BIOS to non-overcloked. Should be 2400 or 2666 depending on Mobo. Try as well setting your RAM to 2133Mhz with 1.2V.

Is your BIOS up to date? If no, get a USB stick and update that.
Are all your drivers, If no, get Driver Booster 5.
