I have both the above motherboards and have no clue which one is better. I will be giving the other one to my nephew for his first gaming machine, so obviously I would like the better one :p

I don't mind looks, what I am looking for is performance mainly and then features.

Below is what will be going into this build of mine:
- Intel Core i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20 GHz
- Raidmax Hybrid RX-730SS 730W Semi Modular PSU
- Asus RX560-04G-EVO 4GB DDR5 GPU
- 8GB Kingston HyperX Gaming Ram (2x4GB)
- 2 x SSD HDD
- 4 x HDD

If you could please let me know which one is the better of the two?

I see. Thanks for your answer.
Just a quick followup question if it's alright. I did a bit of reading around chipsets and found out that the motherboards bus speed also plays an important role in terms of data transfer between components. I've looked around and I cannot seem to find out what the bus speeds are for these two motherboards. Do you perhaps know what they are?
