First time builder here, and very frustrated. My PC won't boot! I turn on my build and the EZ Debug LED says that the problem is the CPU. The fans are running, the LEDs are lighting up, everything, but my monitor still gets no signal.

Here's my build:
Mobo: MSI B350M Gaming Pro (with "Ryzen 2000 Series Ready" sticker on the packaging.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200g
GPU: onboard graphics of the Ryzen 3
RAM: SK Hynix (2 x 4GB)
Hard Drive: WD-Blue 1 TB
PSU: EVGA 450 BT Bronze
Case: DIYPC F2-P

Also, and I have no idea if this has anything to do with anything, when i click the power on my case the pc keeps running.
Also, also, I have done the whole CMOS thing several times.

I'm planning to call MSI today to see what they say, hopefully they can help or I can return it. Thanks for the reply man!

MSI probably won't be in a position to help (on a customer service level anyway).

They might be able to tell you whether the BIOS was updated, based on serial number..... but I'd expect they'll rely on the stickers presence, which would suggest it was. Again though, symptoms you see are consistent with a lack of a BIOS update IMO.

Turns out: My RAM isn't compatible! Still strange that the CPU light is on, so I'm gonna make sure that the RAM is in fact the problem by borrowing some compatible RAM from a friend before I buy some compatible RAM.
Thanks for all answers guys!!

Yeah so I got the RAM! And it worked! I installed Windows 10 and everything! I finished the setup phase... and then it restarted and I have the exact same problem....................................................... << those were dots of frustration
