Solution
Only the masterwatt series are half decent , dont confuse them with any of the lite or mwe ones.

Masterwatt series only comes in 450/550/650/750w.

From your list the only psu I'd use is the seasonic 620w

But why the master watt tier is higher than the seasonic ?

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/

is the difference noticeable if one psu is 1 tier lower ?

i think youre right checked the protection this masterwatt has "Full protection (OCP/OVP/SCP/OPP) with built-in Over Temperature Protection (OTP). Minimizes the risk of damage from power outages." i think thats good right? i think it would be a better choice

I'd rather have the S12II than a Masterwatt Lite.

How much more is the EVGA G+ (FSP) or G2 series (Super Flower) in your country? It'd be a much better bet than other options here https://www.custompcguide.net/evga-power-supply-units-comparison-all-series/, if budget allows.
