Suggestion regarding gpu upgrade

Unless you just have money to burn, I wouldn't really bother. Although, 1080ti is about 30% faster - with the 2080 barely ahead - than 1080 in some titles, this won't be as noticeable in cpu-heavy titles like BF1. Pubg is poorly optimized, and a bad example to base an upgrade on. BF 5 is a wait and see.

Like Phaaze88 said, upgrading to the 1080ti or 2080 really isn't worth it for the price you'll pay for the little increase in performance. I would wait until the 21XX series drops and then see if it is worth the upgrade. But if you are wealthy and just wanting to spend money to have the newest and best, then by all means, spend the money.
