1070 Bad Antialiasing

Every game I go into has bad anti aliasing? When I move around, it goes all fuzzy.. I have tried all options such as changing nvidia control panel to max anti aliasing aswell as game.
I really don't know what to do.
I have a Zotac GTX 1070 8gb edition. Please help me!

Are you running at the native resolution of your monitor? DSR turned off?

Some games have motion blur settings. Anisotropic filtering can also make this blurry. There are also many different types of Anti-Aliasing and they have different effects.
