How should I connect up my fans between my motherboard, NZXT x62 and Phanteks Evolv X fan hub?

I'm having issues getting my fans all in working order, I first tried by plugging my three pin from the nzxt x62 into the cpu plug on my motherboard, and my 4 case fans to the fan hub, unfortunately all my case fans auto ran at 100%. I then read online that the sata power for the fan hub was not required so I unplugged it to see if that enabled my fans to actually change speed however I had no luck :(

What is the best way to be able to control all of my fans? I intend to use Asus AI suite to set fan curves once I have it all set up and working nicley.

You need to use the PWM pin of the Evolv X Fan Hub in order to fully control the fans.

However since your case fans are 3 pins, your motherboard will be controlling these using voltage control. In which case this will depend on whether your motherboard model and if supports this feature or not.
