Hi, last plannning to build gaming pc . My planning spec :
I5 8400
Gtx 1080ti or gtx 1070ti
Asus prime h310m k
8gb×2 ddr4 hyperx fury 2666
Kingston a400 240gb
Seagate barracuda 1tb 7.2k
Corsair tx650m 650w
matx case

Is that good build ? And what psu more good, super flower leadex 550w gold 80+ , or leadex ii gold 650w 80+
Haha

Solution
Looks good to me. And there's nothing wrong with the Corsair TX650M you already have, unless you're having issues with it.

Of the twp PSUs you mention, they are both good, both sufficient, but I would go for the 650W because... well, because I'm that way about watts.

Skip the H310 motherboard and get a B360, the price difference is marginal and the H310 are more for every day computers and not gaming ones.

As far as the GPU, its up to what resolution/game settings/refresh rate you are going for. If you are playing 1080P at 60 or even 144hz then the 1080ti is probably overkill. Now if you are getting a good deal on one go ahead but if there's a large difference then the 1070ti would be a better choice.

As far as your PSU that's a good choice, another good option woudl be a Seaosnic FOCUS Gold or EVGA G2 or G3, jsut get whicheverr is on sale, cheaper or has a mail in rebate.

For your SSD you may want to get a 500GB one, 240 will fill up fast.
