New Gaming PC: Good choice of components?

Hello,

I'm currently looking into building a new gaming pc. But the question is: are these components good and are they compatible?

- Intel Core i7-8700K
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW GAMING
- MSI Z370 Krait Gaming
- NZXT H500
- be quiet! Dark Rock 4
- Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 (16gb ddr4)
- Seasonic Focus Plus 650 Gold

If you have any suggestions what I should buy instead of some components, feel free to tell me!

My budget is around 1500 euro's. I live in the Netherlands and shipping is not an option for me, just so you know.

I already have two ssd's.

Those are excellent choices, but I'm afraid we can't really help much with keeping your budget within range because you're in a different market so if we offer to change something the price we have here may be different from yours and judging by "shipping is not an option" I assume you're going to be shopping locally.

As for the GPU however I might suggest if the RTX will be available in your area then you might want to consider pre-ordering a 2080 instead as it would be more ideal for new build when a new gen GPU becomes available.

As of the RTX 2080, it costs around 1000 euro's and that's waaaaay to expensive for what you get in my opinion. I have seen some tests and the cheaper 1080ti performs almost slightly better in some cases. So yeah unfortunately that's not an option.

About the shipping, yeah I'm going to buy everything in the Netherlands, so I don't have to wait long and it just feels more save, talking about warranty etc. (;
