New pc don't working

Hey. I build a new pc and i'm new to this stuff. Here is a list of my parts :
Phanteks p300
Asus tuf x470 plus
Asus gtx 1070 oc strix
Fsp hydro 750w modular
Amd ryzen 5 2600x

It's plugged to electricty but there is no light on the mobo. Is that normal or something is wrong with my mobo ? Nothing happens when i push power button. I hope someone can help me. Thanks!

okay, so i am going to be very simple and asking you some small questions?

1.) does the psu get power from the electricty plug into your home wall or expansion block?
2.) is all cables connected to the mobo and especially the 24-pin one?
3.) already tried to turn around the little pins on the bottom side of the mobo with the color sockets?
4.) maybe it has to do with the cable itself of the PSU?
