Well that motherboard do support 1300x but for serious overclocking i would not recommend it. You should focus on B450 with good VRM.

here are the options for you.

https://mdcomputers.in/asus-tuf-b450-plus-gaming.html

https://mdcomputers.in/msi-b450-tomahawk.html

these boards have 6 phase VRM.

both are good choice for serious overclocking and you would be able get 4.0-4.2 GHz stable on 1300x.

As per the youtube reviews MSI is better but personally i like asus because they have better bios stability again msi is not bad either.

So go with one of these if you want to achieve that level of overclocking else MSI B450 pro vdh is just fine.

Yes that mobo supports the 1300x. It's not the best board for overcloking, it has a pretty weak 4 phase VRM. However that CPU boosts to 3.7ghz stock so getting it up another 100mhz to 3.8ghz should be pretty easy even on that board. I probably wouldn't push VCORE voltage much past stock.
