I have Hp pavilion sleekbook 15 with Intel Pentium (R) 987 1.50GHZ Dual Core processor with 4GB Ram aslo Intel HD Graphics with 1667MB Graphics Memory and Dedicated Video Memory is 256MB with Windows 10 pro 64bit
Also help me whether my laptop can run GTA 5 or not.
If I can run it then It will be without any lagging or not.
Please suggest me what to do to run it in my laptop without any lagging..

No sir. It will not run properly. Also im pretty sure that it will not even open the game.
Those are the GTA 5 minimum requierements...
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)
Memory: 8GB.
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD7870 2GB.
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible.
HDD Space: 65GB.
