LinkWD Elements 2TB gives grinding sound

I wonder whether the noises made by my WD Elements 2TB external HDD are fine.
I attached the recorded video.
Please turn up the volume.

If new, RMA right away
If old, could be mechanical part (likely head) breaking down causing friction inside the drive, I will stop using it immediately.
