Low FPS need help to know if i should replace something

Hello i bought a decend graphics card and i also got a new cpu , motherboard ect. Basically an entire new setup and i am experiencing really low FPS like below 30 . Im pretty sure its not my graphics card . I have a radeon RX 580 8gb . It might be my cpu . It is a AMD A6-9500 Radeon R5, 8 Compute cores 2C+6G.
I have 8 GB ram atm . I have a good power supply and nothing is overheating .If somone could assist me by telling me what the problem is i would really appreciate that

The A6-9500 is a dual core/dual threaded chip..... They're also still based on the 7 year old 'Dozer architectures.
Essentially, it's an old chip 'ported' to AM4 for cheap entry to the platform.

For a gaming system, that's going to hold back almost any modern (halfway decent) GPU.

Make sure you perform a BIOS update, and you can upgrade to any Ryzen CPU/APU (1st or 2nd Gen).

Even the entry level R3 1200 is a substantial step up vs the A6 for gaming.
Ideally, an Ryzen5 1600 would be the chip I would aim for myself, but like I said, even the R3's would be great upgrades.

Ok, first of everything in order to assist you from your issue i need further info...
Full specs of the CPU, ram Frecuency and i assume its DDR3? or maybe DDR4?
whats the exact PSU you have in there?
What games are you trying to play? At what Graphic Quality and Resolution?
