Issue with AsRock B450M PRO4 reading GPU

Hello,
I have the above mentioned motherboard with a Ryzen 5 2600 CPU and an RX 580 graphics card. All is brand new. When powering on the system, the case lights up and CPU fan is spinning, but I get a post code of "1 long beep, 3 short beeps" which from my research seems to indicate a failure with the GPU. I've tried this motherboard with a known working GPU and get the same issue. Any ideas? I'm starting to believe it has to be a faulty mobo, but wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and knows of how to fix it before I return it.

Ah that makes sense. I don't know why I couldn't find that page. I was searching for hours for a solid answer. Unfortunately I returned the mobo for a replacement, so I guess I'll have to return the RAM as well and get a set that's compatible with the board. Just sucks because Paul's Hardware on YouTube stated that this RAM works with the mobo, and parts picker said they were compatible. Guess I just shouldn't trust anything outside of the manufacturer's list. Thanks!
