Im helping a friend on steam, however Ive got no clue on the deals in that country.

I am looking for a prebuild pc or a custom pc with assembly service because he has never held a screwdriver in his life.

the budget is 800 euros and this also needs windows.
If possible a white pc build would be cool.

Ask him if there's any local tech shops nearby and have him order the parts. If he needs more money for someone to build the system I'd dump the SSD for now.
