which is better gt 730 128bit 1GB ddr3 or gt 720 2GB ddr3?

Hello, I wanted to buy one of those cards.
GT 730 128bit 1GB DDR3 :

GT 720 64bit 2GB DDR3 :
https://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-720/specifications

I've read from the specs that 730 version has 96 cuda cores and the 720 has 192 and the same clock speed, I thought the 730 was better but from the specs seems like an older version of the 730's and could be worse than the 720, what do you guys think? I want it for low end gaming btw.

What power supply do you have? A used GTX 560 would be a huge improvement over either of those two.

I couldn't say which of those two is better. Why would you get the crap version of the GT 730. The DDR5 version is much better and probably can be found around the same price.
