Hello, I am going to turn my graphics card into a new one that can support 3 4k monitors at 60Hz. I am interested in XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX OC + 8GB, which has 3xDP. I'm not sure if this card can handle these monitors in 60Hz.

It can handle the monitors sure, but what are you planning to do with the system? If gaming then you will be disappointed in the 4K gaming performance of the RX 580, especially if using all 3 monitors to game. If doing other things like multi-tasking or playing 4K videos it should be fine.
