Every once in a while, when I turn on my computer I get no connection. I solve this by resetting the bios, but it keeps happening about once or twice a week. I have been looking around but found nothing about it.

What I know:
Ethernet cable is not the problem; when the computer had no internet, I put the ethernet cable from my computer into a router and it gave out wifi and ethernet just fine, not to my computer though.

My build:
CPU: Intel - Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabtye - H370 HD3 ATX LGA1151
RAM: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-2133
GPU: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
PSU: CXM 650W

Solution
Also since in you post you mentioned resetting the BIOS as a temporary solution, you may need to consider a BIOS update. Then if needed an reinstall of Windows.

Try the Windows network troubleshooter.

Not really. I'm sure that you have hard booted the PC by now. Reinstalling the operating system ma help. Using a new ethernet cable between the router and PC may help.

The NIC card is probably your best bet. The Intel NIC cards are my first choice. They are reliable and not very expensive (for the home use versions).

If you prefer you can get a WiFi NIC card as well. I use a gigabit ethernet equipped router (1000 mbps transfer rate) so I'm biased toward the ethernet. It is more dependable than WiFi.

After updating the NIC card drivers, and make sure sure that it is installed correctly in the correct slot. Try another slot. A PCIE NIC card will work types of expansion slots except for PCI x 1. You will need to reconfigure the local network to include the NIC card in Windows.

Then shift your troubleshooting to the ethernet cables, router and modem.

Yes I am able to connect to the internet as I am on the computer right now, but sometimes doesn't work when I turn the computer on. Then I would reset bios then its back to normal. I also forgot to mention that I just built this computer but originally it hasn't had this problem for a few weeks of using it.

Drivers for the card are up to date already and still has the same issue as connected in the motherboard.
I will try to update my bios later after I research about it since I haven't updated the bios before.

Windows 10 version 1803 has had some problems with devices and applications not working. Just recently I began having problems with the Power an Sleep functions.

My monitor (in the last week or so) began not waking up. I can unplug the monitor cable & power cord for a few minutes, and it would return to normal. And that would last for a few hours to a day. Then the problem would reoccur. So I started looking into it. In Windows I tried using the monitor shutoff function alone. That has worked in the past without using sleep mode. Now it doesn't. Instead Windows seems to be sending a restart command instead of shutdown, and the monitor just repeat turning off and restart.

In the Windows Power & Sleep, it has the monitor shutoff and sleep scheduling. It also has a link to the Power page where you can set up the system power plan (which includes the same monitor functions). But I found that changes made on that page were not even updated on the other page. So you can have two different settings for the same function at the same time.

It was about that time I realized that Windows 10 has some really serious problems. I ended up going back to Windows 10 version 1709. So far it is working.

So I was thinking about your problem, another possibility is going back to Windows 10 version 1709.

Unfortunately, that was probably a good decision. The list of problems with Windows 10 just keeps growing. The last feature update (version 1809) has had so many problems that apparently the release has been suspended for now.
