Mouse and monitor wont turn on

I replaced my gpu today. I went from sli 1070 to sli 1070 ti sli. It is the zotac mini, so their are led on it. When i turn on my computer, everything works except the led on the mouse, the mouse, and the monitor doesnt turn on. They keyboard led turn on. I tried to fiddle with the ram, took out the battery to reset bios, checked the cpu power cables, morherboard mother cables. Every thing seems fin but my mouse and monitor wont do anything. My mouse works cuz i tested it. So does my monitor. What should i do now. My sli bridge doesnt turn on either. But the gou works

I'm moving this to our SYSTEMS section for further assistance.
I'm suspecting the motherboard but have you tried putting the old GPU's back in?

Also please let us know your systems specs. Thanks.

That wasnt the issue. There is no display at all. i tried every usb port to no avail. at this point it has to be the motherboard or cpu. The motherboard refuses to post and my cpu doesnt heat up when the computer is on. again everything seems to work (as in fans spinning, rgb lighting up, gpu fans spinning) but there is no display
