I’ve been in the process of building my first gaming pc. I won’t be over clocking and I always see people saying a good 550w psu will be enough but what is a good quality psu?

I recommend Seasonic, SuperFlower(if you live in a market where they sell these), Corsair, EVGA (Some select high quality models)

I highly recommend the one I added above which is the SeaSonic - FOCUS Plus Gold 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply but there is also a Corsair option albeit more expensive:
