It's a great PC ... with feet of clay.
Do not even think about putting this wonder with the PSU you have chosen. It is of very low quality.

A good low power PSU at a time of loading may stop the PC and that's it. A bad PSU of low or high power can fail at any time for multiple reasons and, since it has not enabled the necessary protection circuits can burn the mobo, cpu, disks, anything.

At a minimum you must choose a PSU with 80+ Bronze rating (and better if it can be Gold). This is not enough. Make sure that the PSU you choose has good reviews of serious pages.

A good PSU signal is that they offer 10 years of warranty.

Attention that good brands also make regular PSUs (but no bad ones).

EVGA SuperNOVA is very good, but other series of the brand not so much.
Corsair CX and above is fine. VS is regular.

Solution
The mobo is basic. Upgrade to prime a. Or get asrock extreme 4,msi gaming pro carbon, or aorus gaming 5.

The cooler is also cheap. Get a cryorig h5 ultimate or be quiet dark rock 4. Or coolermaster master air 620p.

Get a seasonic focus plus 650w, corsair rmx 650, evga g2 /g3 650w

That monitor is a freesync monitor. Get a Vega 64.

Drop the sound card. High end mobo have decent sound card.

Do you really need a 10tb hdd? Won't a 2/3 tb hdd be enough?
