always blow more air in than out.
that way the pc would get more cool air in the system and the hot air would push easier out the system.
so in this case, you should blow the air away from the ram slots and blow the air to the rear exhaust of the pc case

also to mention, the rear exhaust of the pc case is meant for blowing air out of the case and the front meant for blowing air into the system.

If you have side fans that can be mounted with an fan. you should put the fan where is sucks air in.
