Solution
First of all, you will need to update your BIOS to its latest version before you do anything. This wi help with compatibility and make everything run smoother. While doing this, use the 1 type of RAM only.

Judging from your info, your motherboard support 2 RAM sticks maximum. Since both of the sticks you have are different you will need to find the timing configurations. Type in their model/series number and find that out. It will look something like this:
16-15-15-15-36

Once your BIOS is updated, jumo into your motherboard settings, and look for something called XMP profile and DRAM timing configuration.

Here you will be able to set your RAM sticks at the desired speed and set it to the timing configuratio of choice.

Please note...

Please note that if both RAM sticks have different timing configurations, you will have to put the slowest of the two. Keep in mind that:
Higher number = slower

Meaning that 18-16-16-16-38 is slower than 16-15-15-15-36

Hi Frost, you PM-ed me BTW. I'm gonna keep the conversation in here just in case I don't actually manage to help you find a solution. But just to answer this question of yours:

"Listen I tried to update the bios but , its unknown it is showing filled by oem , what should I do know , and I am talking about my motherboard" -frost97

It's weird but it seems like your motherboard has been locked by your OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) meaning the person who sold you the computer. The only other way for you right is to reset CMOS. But if the Mobo has been locked by OEM, this leads me to believe that we're talking about a laptop here. Meaning that you might not be able to reset your CMOS, which is what you should do next here.

I think he might have done it on purpose so that you have to go back to the seller for any type of repairs.
