Hi, I just bought all of the parts for my new rig and I just found out that my case has a type c front IO port (Corsair X570) but my motherboard doesnt have a header for it (Strix Z370-F) is there a PCIe card that has an internal type c header?
Did you plug the USB3 connector from the case into one of the usb3.1 headers on the motherboard? (Your motherboard has two)
I do not see that the case has an internal usb-c connector
And it seems OP's case came with that upgrade kit already installed, hence OP's issue.
Here's some further reading about 570X and it's front I/O upgrade kit with pics,

As far as OP's issue goes, i do not know that there would exist internal USB type C to PCI-E adapter card. Front I/O type C ports are quite a new thing and there aren't many MoBos out there which have internal USB type C header either.
