I have never had a PC before

Solution
If you're cool with used parts. I've seen GTX 1060 3GB go for around $130 on eBay. You save some money plus get a much faster GPU. Same goes for the Radeon Rx 580 4GB. I know that's what I would get, either of them that is. eBay and Paypal gives you buyer protection. As long as it handles stress testing without problems. You are good to go. It's highly unlikely they'd fail anytime soon if they handle the stress testing.

Otherwise I'd just change the RAM to 2x8GB for 16GB RAM in dual channel mode.

Ramlethal

Estimable
Ryzen tech has some issues with some rams and specially with high capacity rams i suggest you splitting those 16 gb of ram that are in just 1 memory into 4 doing (4,4,4,4) or into 3 by doing (8,4,4). A gaming CPU MUST allways have an SSD and if you want a gaming PC on that AMD processor you should get a Water Cooler aswell, coolermaster has one at nearly 70 bucks...
Cheers!
