Difference between GTX 1080 TI/I7-8700K stock and OC?

Anyone have information/youtube video/link or anything that's comparing GTX 1080 TI Stock and i7-8700k Stock VS GTX 1080 TI OC and i7-8700K OC?
My friend told me that will be about 30% difference in performance. I want to know if that's true.

You take one system and test that, one might see 10% improvement.

Overclocking just CPU can give you about 10% boost... Not being generous

Im not saying that overclocking both can give you solid 20% boost, but you know.. Generous 10% is just not true
