PSU Noise is normal ?

Sounds like a PSU coil whine. Sadly, there's nothing you can do to "fix" your PSU. Some PSUs are more prone to coil whine than others, e.g Corsair CX series. Only fix is getting a new PSU, e.g Seasonic Focus+ series which is the latest PSU line from Seasonic and which, as far as i know, doesn't produce coil whine,

If so, then that isn't coil whine but instead vibration noise caused by one or more components, which are either HDD(s) or case fans. Though, PSU's 135mm fan alone, at max speed (2000 RPM) isn't powerful enough to vibrate your whole PC. Most likely you have several components that contribute to it.

Fixing it is easy, just open up your case, locate the component(s) which resonates with the rest of the PC by making it vibrate and create audible sound and fasten it more securely to the case.

I've also had vibration noise due to the 7200 RPM HDD i had. For me, loosening HDD mounting screws up to the point where HDD alone vibrated, without carrying it over to the PC case fixed my issue.
