About to do a pretty big upgrade from my AMD FX-8350 to an Intel i7-8700K.

Pretty sure I got all the right parts just wanted to make double sure here and ask a few questions.

I'm planning on getting this CPU:

Along with this motherboard (ASUS ROG Strix Z370-H Gaming LGA115):

I'm also getting this case

Also, my windows version is OEM. I've read how that when people buy new motherboards they have to also buy a new version of windows. I'm hoping that won't be the case because a couple of my buddies were able to just type in their email when upgrading their motherboards (although theirs weren't OEM.) and it would figure out that they had windows beforehand and all was good. So I'm wondering if I need to pickup windows 10 again?

Any suggestions would be great on any of the parts I'm planning on getting. Thanks

Edit: Also my psu is a 600 watt. Doubt I'd need a new one just thought I'd throw that out there.

That PSU is one of the bad ones that keep showing up as a failed unit. Not a bad idea to replace it with a quality unit.

The CPU, motherboard, and case are all nice. You didn't mention RAM, which you will need DDR4. I'd get 3000 or 3200MHz.

Connect your Windows Activation code to your Microsoft account. Google it if you need to. You shouldn't have to buy a new copy. You will likely have to select the option for having a major hardware change.
