Basically, i was that stupid to press delete on the ssd partition while being unallocated storage and installing windows 10.
I ran in the classic problem with GPT and EFI drives and thought deleting ssd will work.
Now it isn't recognized anywhere in the PC, not even in device manager.
I have just purchased a Lenovo laptop with i7-7700HQ and 1TB HDD 5400RPM, and installed a 240GB Green WD M.2 SSD. I honestly don't know what to do. please help.

The other option could be to take the new drive to any local computer fix-it place, pay them a tiny fee, let them bring back the drive, or, let them determine if the drive simply stopped working (which means exercising warranty).
Is it dected In bios.
If yes. Then your SSD can be fix.

Install SSD on your PC.
Search "Diskpart" on windows.
Run it as administrator.
Type - "list disk"
(your drive will definitely appear here) to select your disk. Type ='select disk 1"
Type -clean
Go in disk manager your disk should be there.

(note-during this no other drives should be install)( only - your main drive and your SSD)

If disk shows offline then open disk manager and right click on your drive and click on online.

Ok

The problem is that it doesn't show up anywhere, not even in BIOS

OK try this if only your main disk shows as "disk 1"

And check that your drive is heating or not.

i don't know what u mean by heating, but in diskpart, only my hdd shows up

It means it is dead.
If it has warranty return it.
