Word 2016 setting issue

I cant explain what is it.. but i can show a picture!

Suddenly i have in my plain text this square whenever i press enter. Anyone knows how to remove it.. i tried to reinstall but its still there

Only thing that it looks like to me is a any number of boxes you can put in a document, can you click on it to select the full thing then hit delete to remove it? Try turning on view of codes and formatting in the document that may show you what this is.

Does this happen on all new documents?
What about an existing one?
What about using pre-defined template?
If you log in with different user name to your computer, does it still appear?
