Hello, i just recently bought the GeForce RTX 2080 Founders Edition. I installed it so i could use it as my new gaming graphics card. I also have an older GTX 1080 Founders Edition that i kept installed so i could use it on another monitor. So i was thinking, could it be that i don't have enough watts on my PSU? I have a Corsair RX 750w. Maybe its just that the new card isnt receiving enough power or maybe i'm pushing the PSU to its limits? Maybe i should get rid of the 1080? Any answers would help. Thanks.

Why bother keeping the 1080 installed just to hook another monitor to? A single card should be able to connect to multiple monitors. The 1080 is now just serving the purpose of being a very expensive display adapter. It would probably make sense to sell the 1080, which you could likely get around several hundred dollars for.

Yes it works, it running just fine yesterday with its logo being green alongside the 1080. Today in the morning when i was using the computer it turned out red.

Have you found something to suggest that means something bad? I cant find anything in regards to what that means. It's not even supposed to be able to change colors. Gamers nexus took one apart and found it did have an RGB controller for the geforce logo but they didn't know how to change the color via software or any other way.

Are temps okay? I cant imagine it would change the geforce logo to red because of a power issue.

Also I agree with the above poster in regards to the 1080. I would sell it personally, or use it in another system.

Honestly i can't see or think of anything that would mean something bad besides of what i had mentioned in my first post. The temps are good and stable. I'll probably post this on NVIDIA's forum see what i get there.
And yes i agree with the other poster, i will definitely sell the GTX 1080!
