Looking to connect my theatre system to PC MSI S/PDIF?

I have a Hi, I have a MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) - motherboard and a philips HTS3357 theatre system with a S/PDIF digital coax port on. In my sound settings it says I have digital audio S/PDIF rear panel combo jack. I wanted to find out if this was just one of my regular sound jacks in the back or something i needed to add to my motherboard.

Solution
Your motherboard has an internal S/Pdif header but the slot adapter was usually an additional purchase.
You just need something like This
Of course you could purchase a soundcard with something like Dolby support and use that instead if you were looking for that.
