Replacing An Unavailable Board

I'm looking into replacing my motherboard as I'm fairly sure it's broken (ASRock z87 Extreme3), however the other parts in the pc require that it be replaced with a particular CPU Socket (LGA1150) and Chip Set (Intel 287) among other things which is making it a bit difficult to find a compatible option for sale. Is this a common enough issue that anyone might have some advice on how to proceed?

Is repairing my current motherboard a feasible solution?
Would ASRock service a board from 2014?

This is a pcpartpicker list of all relevant components https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vbLByX

Also I believe the ASRock z87 extreme 3 is supposed to have an AMI bios, but the beep code I'm receiving sounds to me like two distinct sets of three short beeps before the pc restarts again is this a 6 beep code or a 3 beep code played twice?

Thanks for your help!
