I've been looking everywhere for a specific fix but cannot seem to find one. I've recently been having this issue where when I remove my old RAM and replace it with new RAM my computer doesn't start up properly. It keeps restarting over and over again. Here are my specs:

Motherboard: Intel Model DH55PJ

Intel Core i3 530 @2.93 GHz
2x4GB DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series 2048MBytes

Windows 7 (6.1) Home Version
DirectX 11

The RAM that I'm running clocks at 1.65v PC3-12800. The RAM I'm replacing it with is 2x4Gb G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR3 @1333MHz DIMM PC3-10666. I do not beleive I have a compatibility issue since my motherboard supports up to 8gb of DDR3 at 1333MHz but then again I'm relatively new in the PC world. If anyone has any solutions please help me out! Thanks!

Solution
Check the motherboard QVL list and check if your RAM is listed there. If it is not listed, check if maybe the list includes same RAM but in in 16Gb or 4Gb version (I'm talking same series, same timings, same speeds). If answer is still no, you're looking at a compatibility issue
