I have just recently installed a new rtx 2080 in my system and Ive noticed that under load, my power supply starts making this really loud buzzing sound. I've singled it out to being just the PSU but im worried because it sounds electrical. Im pretty worried and would like it to not be something that could potentially blow up my PC. Thanks!

Specs:
i5 7600k
RTX 2080
Corsair CX750M

Could just be a byproduct of it working at its upper threshold. No offense but you bought a $840 GPU, you could have gotten a better PSU. It's not a bad PSU, but I wouldn't use it with a high end PC. I think you are fine unless the noise bothers you. In that case you can try to RMA it.
