I'm having some issues with my backup GPU R9 280 (Sapphire R9 280 Dual-X). Everytime I try to apply an overclock with MSI Afterburner or AMD's radeon software even by 1mhz oc or 1mhz downclock on core or memory my screen starts to shift up and down rapidly at a fast pace and glitch all over the place. i can stop this by reverting the oc back to stock. The only way i can oc is make a custom legacy BIOS and flash it onto my card. I've tried ocing with both my legacy BIOS and my UEFI BIOS. nothing worked. I tried DDU uninstaller and cleared my drivers and still nothing. Weird part is my second monitor plugged into my GPU via HDMI doesn't suffer from this, only my monitor plugged into my GPU via DVI. Can anyone fix this issue?
