Will I do any damage to the psu's connectors if I wiggle the power cord while I plug it into the psu?I only need to do that after I unplug the pc to clean it,I also hear small noises when I wiggle the cable but that's just it,the pc works fine btw.
I was always wondering about this,I know pc parts are tougher than I might think but I still wanna find out about this.

Unplugging wont be a problem provided all the power is of at the mains coming into the Power supply. So either through the on/off switch or the the plug to the wall...I understand what you are saying but I suppose what will happen over time is the connection to the PSU plug in will get damaged.
You should not have to wiggle the power cable that goes into the back of the Power Supply...I am confused, is this a one of or does this happen all the time..confused on the cleaning part....And yes you will hear some electrical sound when wiggling it in or out if it is on..not good though..

Each time I plug and unplug the power cord I need to wiggle the header that enters the psu, once when I unplug it because it would need a stupid amount of force to remove it without wiggling and once when I plug it to make sure the header it's not loose.

I see...I would do as Phillip has said. Only remove the power cord when it is completely switched of at the power supply. You should have an on/of switch on the back of the power supply. Turn that off and then remove the cord. If you do not have a on/off switch, then unplug from the wall before removing the power cord from the PSU...

That should help...

Yeah but I need more space to be able to open the side panel and clean the pc so I have to unplug the power cable.
